AS YOUR TRUSTED MEDICAL OFFICE, WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS, STAFF AND COMMUNITY WHILE MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE. WE IMPLEMENT THE SAFETY PROTOCOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CDC AND THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.
All Staff: COVID-19 Infection Control Program certified.
All clients are required to wear face mask in the clinic and will be asked to take it off as needed for certain treatments. All staff members will wear PPE including N95 Respirator Mask, Facial shield, and Gowns in the clinic while performing treatments.
All clients will be asked to wash their hands for at least 20 sec. in the bathroom, or offered hand sanitizer prior to entering the clinic with a pair of gloves per the clinic hygiene protocol.
All clients and staff will be taken their body temperature taken upon entering our clinics. Anyone with a temperature of over 99.5˚F will be asked to reschedule their appointment and recommended to be seen by their primary care provider.
All clients will not be permitted to enter the clinic with any symptoms suggestive or aligning with COVID-19.
Due to the social distancing rule, all clients will be asked to stay in their car until called into the clinic. Please leave your personal belongings in your car.
No family members or additional guests will be allowed to enter the clinic during appointments.
The exam room will be cleaned with EPA-approved disinfectants that meet with the CDC and OSHA guidelines between each client.
Appointment times have been extended to accommodate our meticulous cleaning process.
A Pre-Screening questionnaire and consent form will be sent out to all clients via emails. It must completed and sent it back to Dr. Hong for her review 2 days prior to their appointment. Without this information, we will not be able to continue with the scheduling process.
The payment system will be a contactless system.
